Ruby level status is awarded to an agent who has met minimum sales production of $98,000 or 28 closed transaction sides within a calendar year.
Additionally, Michelle was recognized among the Top 21 Realtors in the CENTURY 21 System’s Greater Arkansas Region. Nabholz was ranked #5 among the region’s top producers.

The Century 21 System recently recognized Century 21 Dunaway & Hart with multiple honors at the Greater Arkansas Broker Council ceremony on Feb. 23. Most notably, Century 21 Dunaway and Hart was recognized as the No. 2 Century 21 Office in the Greater Arkansas region and was named as third among all Century 21 Companies in the region.

The business was also honored as the Top Easter Seals fundraiser in the Greater Arkansas Region.
Donna Marie Cason was named one of the top producing sales associates in the region. Cason was also awarded the Sapphire Award, which is awarded to an agent who has met minimum sales production of $60,000 or 20-27 closed transaction sides within a calendar year.
Cason has seven years in the real estate industry and has been with the Century 21 System for almost two years.
Joyce Patterson was recognized Ruby Level Masters Award.
Ruby level status is awarded to an agent who has met minimum sales production of $98,000 or 28 closed transaction sides within a calendar year.
Additionally, Patterson was recognized among the Top 21 Realtors in the region.
Kathy Nickles was also honored with the 2012 Sapphire Award.
“Kathy is a knowledgeable and trusted real estate resource for the Conway community and a valuable member of our award winning real estate team.” said Hart.
Kim Owen was honored with the Topaz Award.The Topaz Award level status is awarded to an agent who has met minimum sales production of $36,000 or 15-19 closed transaction sides within a calendar year.
Michelle Nabholz was awarded with the Quality Service Producer award.
This national award is presented annually to those members who receive a minimum return rate of 30 percent on their post-transaction client satisfaction surveys sent between Jan. 1 and Oct. 31, with a minimum satisfaction index of 85 percent.
“The Quality Service Producer Award is an integral part of the Century 21 System’s commitment to excellence and recognizes Michelle’s dedication to continuously exceeding the service expectations of his/her clients,” said Hart.
Paul Nahlen was honored with the Ruby Level Masters Award. Additionally, Nahlen was ranked No. 6 among the region’s top producers.
Taleda McKee was also awarded with the Ruby Level Masters Award. McKee was ranked No. 10 among the region’s top producers.
