On Thursday, January 27, 2011 Century 21 Dunaway & Hart in conjunction with Jay Atkins Realtors/Auctioneer will be hosting two Multi-Family Land Real Estate Auctions. 

The first auction will take place at 3531 Nutters Chapel Road in Conway, Arkansas at 2:00 p.m. at the property. Development potential is great with this 7.73 acre tract adjacent to a golf course community in southwest Conway. The close proximity to the eighteen hole Links at Nutters Chapel Golf Course and multi family community makes this property an ideal candidate for another multi family development .


Property is currently zoned A-1. 50 feet roadway easement extends across western edge of property. The property features 377 feet of road frontage on Nutters Chapel.
